The shortlist was compiled by a panel of FIFA experts, and every registered FIFA.com user was allowed to participate in the final vote until 23 September 2019.The Worlds Best is a reality talent competition television series. Produced by Mark Burnett and Mike Darnell, it features international performers being evaluated by three judges—Drew Barrymore, RuPaul and Faith Hill, and a panel called the wall of world that consists of 50 experts of entertainment.It premiered on CBS on February 3, 2019, following the conclusion of Super Bowl LIII.
